Qualifications : -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. -5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or service industry. -Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. -Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications : -HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). -Experience in a wellness or healthcare environment. -Familiarity with integrative medical practices and wellness initiatives.
