Overview Mills Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join a leading technology provider supporting enterprise clients across Asia. This full-time role starts remotely for the first 3 months, then transitions to onsite in Kuala Lumpur. The focus is on ERP implementation, solution design, and delivery for international projects.

Role Overview Our client is a well-established international software company specializing in cloud-based ERP and digital management solutions. With a strong presence across Asia, they provide enterprise software that helps businesses streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.

We are seeking an

ERP Consultant

to support overseas implementation projects and contribute to developing standardized methodologies for large-scale ERP delivery. This role will work closely with clients and project teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation in alignment with global best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and promote overseas implementation methodologies and establish standardized delivery frameworks.

Support project delivery by conducting business requirement analysis, creating solution blueprints, and implementing customized solutions tailored to client needs.

Lead the development of benchmark projects, produce detailed case studies, and share best practices to drive continuous improvement. Assist in estimating and coordinating resource allocation for large-scale international projects.

Contribute to defining and refining standardized regulations and best practices for global project delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Management, or a related field. (International education is a plus.)

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ERP implementation; experience with large-scale or international projects is highly valued.

Strong skills in project risk management, delivery execution, and team collaboration.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mandarin speaking proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with clients / stakeholders.
