Overview

Responsibilities

• Component Assembly : Precisely assemble metal parts and semi-finished products following technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Buffing & Finishing : Operate buffing machines and other finishing tools to smooth, polish, and prepare components for final use.
• Quality Control : Inspect assembled parts and finished components for defects, alignment, and adherence to quality standards. Perform necessary adjustments as required.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance : Operate, calibrate, and maintain assembly and buffing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Report equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production activities, inspections, and material usage.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to increasing efficiency and reducing waste.
• Safety & Compliance : Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
