Oracle Fusion ERP Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion ERP Lead to spearhead the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain and / or Manufacturing) across our enterprise. This strategic role blends deep functional expertise with leadership in solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will drive financial transformation initiatives, ensure alignment with business goals, and lead cross‑functional teams through successful Oracle Fusion deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation, enhancement, and managed services of Oracle Fusion Financial, Procurement, Supply Chain and / or Manufacturing modules.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive adoption.
- Architect scalable and compliant processes leveraging Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Provide hands‑on configuration, testing, and support for Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain and / or Manufacturing modules.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and reporting strategies (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST APIs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IFRS, SOX, local tax laws).
- Mentor junior consultants and foster knowledge sharing across teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle support and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain and / or Manufacturing modules, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.Proven track record in leading Oracle Fusion implementations or rollouts.Strong functional knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules.Familiarity with P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles.Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud for integration platform and Oracle Analytics Cloud for reporting platforms.Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud and / or Oracle APEX for form customization.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.Oracle Cloud ERP certification is a plus.Preferred Attributes
Strategic mindset with a passion for digital transformation and operational excellence.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams.Comfortable navigating matrixed environments and managing global rollouts.Experience in vendor and / or consulting environment is preferable.This role offers progression into Head of ERP Service Line or Enterprise Architect roles, depending on performance and organizational growth.
