Participate in establishing new techniques, technologies, or methods based on evolving project demands that related to Walet Bird's nest-based, Roselle-based product and other product as requested by the higher-ups.

Check and improve safety and quality control procedures in your own and suppliers' factories, from the raw material stage through to the finished product.

Design, execute, and interpret data from sophisticated experiments and clearly communicate key findings.

Interact constructively with all staff and departments to help identify and solve problems.

Utilize advanced knowledge of specific scientific protocols to analyze, interpret, and / or make deductions based on data obtained through scientific experimentation.

Keep and organize detailed records in compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

Required knowledge, skills and experience : -

• Minimum diploma / degree in food technology or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food technology or related fields.
• Vast knowledge of industry regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving.
