leading US-based liquor and spirits technology company

, is seeking a

Customer Service Specialist

to join our dynamic remote team. We empower alcohol brands to sell online through

compliant eCommerce technology and premium checkout solutions

What You'll Do

  • Respond to

customer support tickets

(email / chat) regarding order inquiries.

  • Answer
  • inbound customer phone calls

    from our US customers.

  • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work Schedule

  • Fully Remote
  • (Malaysia-based only).

  • Monday to Friday,
  • 9 AM – 6 PM (Malaysia Time)

  • 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
  • Compensation

  • $8 USD / Hour (~RM34 per hour)
  • Approx.
  • RM5,000 per month

    (based on full-time schedule).

    Requirements

  • Strong written & spoken
  • English communication skills

  • Previous
  • customer service experience

    (tickets, calls, or live chat).

  • Ability to handle
  • order-related inquiries

    with patience and professionalism.

  • Good internet connection and a quiet environment for calls.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or order management systems is a plus.
