Tara Foundation invites applications from dynamic experienced educators to lead our academic team across 30+ Tara Centers nationwide.

Location : Based at HQ in PJ with travel to centers as needed

Responsibilities

Oversee curriculum development, teaching quality & student performance

Lead and mentor tutors & academic teams across all centers

Track academic progress and ensure holistic student growth

Plan academic strategies to support our mission of “Zero Dropouts”

Promote a safe, inspiring, and values-driven learning environment

Qualifications

Degree in Education / Education Management or equivalent

5+ years’ experience in teaching or academic / Educational leadership

Strong leadership, teacher management, and student relations

Passion for community empowerment and working with underprivileged students

Knowledge on Policies & Compliance of local education regulations (e.g., MOE, MQA)
