Job descriptionCandidate must possess Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent. Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in credit control or finance related. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge in financial analysis, ratio and etc. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Job Description
- Assist in credit control administration e.g. evaluate creditworthiness of new customer profiles and update into the system.
- Escalate customer disputes or enquiries to relevant departments / lawyer and ensure proper follow ups.
- Issue letters for payment reminders and any relevant correspondences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to customers.
- Issue customers invoices, credit and debit notes.
- Perform other related duties as and when is required.
