Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in freight selling and
- management capacity (Freight forwarding)
- Candidates with proven Sales Account Management and / or hunting sales will be advantage added
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage
- Possess own transport and a valid license

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the Northern region to drive growth and expand the company’s client portfolio.Execute freight forwarding marketing strategies, including formulating competitive and sustainable pricing models aligned with regional targets.Engage closely with clients to understand their logistics and operational requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.Oversee sales account profitability, monitor account performance, and manage aging receivables to ensure healthy cash flow.Lead, manage, and guide a team of direct reports to achieve departmental goals and maintain operational efficiency.Benefits
