Job Description
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for workforce planning and talent management.
 - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and promote organizational growth.
 - Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
 - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on compliance and fairness.
 - Lead performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
 
Qualifications
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategic HR management, ideally within the Technology (IT), FinTech or related industry.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Malaysia and Singapore.A proactive approach to driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Willing to work 5 days (Monday - Friday) a week in the office.Benefits
