Job description

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat from customers professionally.

Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, claims.

Record and update all call interactions in the CRM / system accurately.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further action.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements

  • Have experience atleast 2 years in contact center
  • Have experience handling inbound calls and email
  • Fluent in Mandarin will be advantages
