Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat from customers professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, claims.
Record and update all call interactions in the CRM / system accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further action.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
