Job descriptionLead, train, and motivate teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Ensure staff compliance with company policies, teaching standards, and safety protocols. Maintain strong relationships with students and parents, addressing feedback and concerns promptly. Promote a positive and engaging learning environment that reflects the company’s values. Drive student retention and engagement through events, programs, and proactive communication. Oversee the daily operations of the learning center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Monitor attendance, timetables, and classroom schedules to optimize centre performance. Manage budgets, expenses, and centre resources effectively.
