Administrative
- Answer phone calls regarding any enquiries
- Supervise cleanliness and facility maintenance
- Assist with building administration coordination
- Monitor and order office supplies and gym inventory
- Provide general support to the gym
- Monitor Payables
Cash Related
Billing collectionsDay to day cash transactionsCash and transactions consolidation - Record cash receipts and issue invoices to customersBank depositsMaintain petty cash funds - release, replenishment, liquidations and reportsReports and Documentation
Audit (double checks all contracts, sales etc)InventoryAssist in presentation of regularly scheduled reportsPreparation of Daily Sales ReportSupervise log books in the clubMembership Sales
