Job description

Join our team as a Club Administrator and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club. As the Club Administrator, you'll oversee various responsibilities including administrative tasks, cash management, reports and documentation and membership sales.

Administrative

  • Answer phone calls regarding any enquiries
  • Supervise cleanliness and facility maintenance
  • Assist with building administration coordination
  • Monitor and order office supplies and gym inventory
  • Provide general support to the gym
  • Monitor Payables

Cash Related

  • Billing collections
  • Day to day cash transactions
  • Cash and transactions consolidation - Record cash receipts and issue invoices to customers
  • Bank deposits
  • Maintain petty cash funds - release, replenishment, liquidations and reports
  • Reports and Documentation

  • Audit (double checks all contracts, sales etc)
  • Inventory
  • Assist in presentation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Preparation of Daily Sales Report
  • Supervise log books in the club
  • Membership Sales

  • Assist and conduct sales presentations
  • Assist with member communication.
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Lead generation
