ACADS ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD is a comprehensive oil and gas equipment distributor that partners with innovative manufacturers and companies around the world, including Europe, the United States, and China. Some of our most prominent partners include Oxford Flow for valves in the UK, Flow Meter Group for gas meters in the EU, and essential monitoring services such as Brown Corrosion for pipelines. Together, we provide equipment to prepare for the future of the oil and gas industry in the ASEAN region.

MYR 3000 - MYR 5000 (Depending on experience & ability)
Yearly bonus : 1 – 4 months based on Quarterly KPI review results
Annual company trip (Overseas) for full‑time members with more than 1 year work experience with ACADS
Working period : Monday to Friday (Half day on Alternate Saturdays) 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Purpose of Position : Provide Accounting & Administrative support to the business

Job Description :

Responsible for daily payment issuance ensuring that the payments are backed with the supporting documents

Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) including follow‑up on AR collection

Ensure up‑to‑date accounting records and data journal entries for accounting system posting

Process staff claims submission and reimbursement

Assist in monthly reports and other accounts‑related matters

Issue payment vouchers, official receipts, delivery orders, and other documents accordingly

Provide daily / monthly / quarterly report analysis

Provide administrative support, purchasing and sales documentation

Issue monthly customer statements

Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

1 - 2 years of related work experience is preferred; fresh graduates with a drive to excel are also welcome to apply

Experience in SQL accounting software will be an added advantage

Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word

Positive work attitude and ability to keep ahead in a fast‑paced environment

Good speaking and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
