Engineering Manager

Overview

Lead, manage, and develop the engineering team by setting clear goals, mentoring members, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s strategic direction. Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce manufacturing costs. Drive product and process improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Continuously refine HVAC and cleanroom products to enhance functionality, competitiveness, and sustainability. Work closely with the sales team and clients to provide effective and timely technical solutions. Coordinate with external consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders on design and technical discussions. Take ownership of other responsibilities and projects as assigned to support evolving business and organizational needs. Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, with proven achievements in product and process improvement. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent. Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented in managing challenges and driving team performance. Able to balance independent work with effective team collaboration. Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in HVAC or Cleanroom industry is a strong advantage. What can I earn as an Engineering Manager
