Sales Commission, Allowance and Incentives

Responsibilities :
- Promote company's products and inform customers about current company promotion.
- Achieve satisfactory sales volume in accordance with established goals and reach monthly and annual sales targets.
- Plan work schedules (daily, weekly and per cycle) to ensure each sales visit is fully planned beforehand with established and specific objectives.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
- Expand market share and increase customer base.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Develop detailed knowledge of company's products and provide product briefing to pharmacists and sales assistants.
Job Requirements :
Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in Science, Biotechnology, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business or marketing, with a preference for experience in pharmaceuticals, OTC or healthcare industries.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Out-going personality and proactive in achieving target.Solid analytical skills and experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.1 full-time position available at Klang Valley.
