Job description :

To ensure safety, health, and environment in workplace in a safe condition and comply with legal requirement.
To provide annually register of accident, take immediate action on all safety hazard and risk.
To submit necessary documents to JKKP as and when required.
To attend annual inspection by DOSH officer.
Investigate any accident involving workers, machinery and illness and report to the Management.
Implementation of awareness towards workers, conduct toolbox meeting, safety programs and campaigns.
Conducting plant inspections to eliminate hazardous conditions.
Taking immediate action to eliminate improper practices or hazardous conditions.
Coordinate prioritize and plan production / lab tasks to meet deadlines.
Record work order instructions to Supervisor.
To update daily BMI raw material usage into system and daily incoming raw material into the system accordingly.
To make order request to Purchasing department for raw material and stickers once received request.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a Production Supervisor and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Coordinator.

Job Requirements :

Minimum qualification : Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field.

At least 2 years of working experience in Production and Safety / OSH-Coordinator within a related industry is an added advantage.

Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Demonstrated excellence in organization, planning, and decision-making.

Able to work independently with strong initiative, commitment, and as part of a team.

Proficient in the use of ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for daily operations and reporting.
