(Korean Speaker) Travel Platform - Customer Service Executive

You will be serving a world famous airlines / travel agency.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Modify, change and / or cancel existing reservation.
  • Act as a liaison between customer and airlines / hotel to arrange special request / to resolve complaint.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent level (Native)
  • Candidate must possess at least an TOPIK4 or above (Non-Native)
  • Required language(s) : English & Korean
  • Able to relocate to Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Working hours : Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours per day including 1 hour lunch and 30minutes break)
