Personal Assistant
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit and review documents, reports and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls and emails on behalf of the Director.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow‑ups for Director’s commitments.
- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, clients and partners.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive company and personal matters.
- Support Director in both professional and occasional personal errands to optimise time management.
- Other ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
Diploma and above.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams and Webex.Must be ready to support beyond normal working hours.Not required to travel with Director but occasionally required to support if needed.MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MANDARIN.Seniority level
