Personal Assistant

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit and review documents, reports and presentations.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls and emails on behalf of the Director.
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow‑ups for Director’s commitments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, clients and partners.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate minutes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive company and personal matters.
  • Support Director in both professional and occasional personal errands to optimise time management.
  • Other ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma and above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams and Webex.
  • Must be ready to support beyond normal working hours.
  • Not required to travel with Director but occasionally required to support if needed.
  • MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MANDARIN.
