Support the administration, rollout, and execution of employee retention and growth initiatives, including tracking participation, managing communications, and ensuring timely follow-through on development plans and recognition programs. -Input, manage, and update employee data in HR Systems (Monday Directory, Kakitangan, BRIOHR etc) and relevant tracking systems accurately and promptly. -Support the implementation of compensation and benefits plans by preparing documents, tracking changes, and assisting with communication to employees. -Work with payroll to prepare and double-check monthly payout data and ensuring figures match approved amounts and deadlines are met. -Manage the end-to-end administration of learning sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants and trainers.
