Job Description

As a Fresh Graduate, you will :

  • Participate in training programs and workshops to gain hands-on experience and develop your professional skills.
  • Work closely with senior team members on exciting projects and contribute to setting up of the factory.
  • Collaborate across departments to support day-to-day operations and contribute fresh ideas.
  • Learn about PCB industry and grow within your role.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, research, and data management as required.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Materials Science / Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SolidWorks, AOI, etc. is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • No prior experience required, just a strong desire to develop professionally.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin : The candidate should be able to read and write in Mandarin effectively, as it is essential for communication within the team and with our counterparts in China.
