Job description

We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to provide customer and technical assistance for Starhub Singapore , a leading telecommunications provider.

This role requires the ability to communicate in Mandarin as you will be supporting customers from the Singapore market who prefer to converse in that language due business support.

Job Requirements

  • Handle inbound calls and emails related to mobile and broadband technical issues.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for connectivity, device, and service-related matters.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Record customer details and service requests in the system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs for service quality and performance.
