Salary : RM3,200 + 13th month contractual
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming orders via phone, email, WhatsApp, or sales reps
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry and coordination with warehouse teams
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints
- Work closely with the sales, supply chain, and finance teams
- Follow up on returns, delivery issues, and complaint resolutions
- Ensure all activities comply with internal SOPs and distribution standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or related rolesExperience in structured industries like healthcare, distribution, or financial services is a plusStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office toolsFluent in English and Bahasa MalaysiaBenefits
