It employs over 1,200 professionals providing services such as Custody & Cash Clearing, Fund Administration, and more, supporting the Europe region. The team works from 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Responsibilities : Manage financial statements and regulatory submissions for all funds, including monthly, half-yearly, and annual reports. Lead team operations. Implement and oversee controls and processes to ensure accurate records, manage risks, and meet audit and regulatory standards. Ensure timely and accurate fund pricing and regulatory compliance. Maintain departmental quality standards and adhere to confidentiality and operational policies. Propose improvements to processes and reporting accuracy. Develop team skills through training and coaching. Participate in discussions to enhance role and processes, supporting quality and productivity initiatives. Respond to queries promptly, proposing solutions within governance frameworks. Build relationships across departments to support operational improvements. Document activities and controls comprehensively. Location

Bachelor's Degree / BSc or equivalent Experience

3-5 years, including 2-3 years in financial reporting, with knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory environments. Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills are required. Languages
