Service & Support July 8, 2025 BASS is seeking a qualified Software Engineer to join our team to develop innovative customer-focused software solutions. Has high motivation in research and software development, including : Designing and coding web-based software modules, including AI / ML-based features and integrations Ability to use Azure AI services to build and manage AI-powered solutions Perform unit testing on software modules to meet quality and stability standards. Respond to and commit fixes for bug issues reproduced by the QC team within a specific schedule. Ability to provide technical solutions to customer support within SLA period Write detailed software module documentations, including design spec, technical user guide, and reference manual. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to integrate AI / ML models into production systems and align them with business goals. What do you need to qualify?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Exposure to business process analysis and a keen interest in process improvement through technology. Interest in exploring and experimenting with emerging AI tools and platforms to assess potential business applications. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization techniques. Basic hands-on experience with AI / ML projects, including data preparation and working with common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). Good project skills and a solid command of English to communicate well with all stakeholders, both internally in the company and with external parties.
