Oversee all resort operations – Rooms, F&B, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing Ensure excellent guest experiences & service standards Drive profitability, occupancy & team performance Strong leadership, strategic planning & financial management skills required Must be willing to be based on an island resort Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage Requirements

Degree in Hospitality or related field 8+ years' experience in hotel / resort management Excellent communication & leadership skills Hands-on, dynamic, and results-oriented What We Offer
