Regional HR Business Partner

Our Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in driving ZALORA’s people agenda across multiple markets, partnering closely with Senior Management Team (SMT) leaders to shape and execute strategic People & Culture initiatives that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness.

This role involves both strategic partnership and hands‑on HR delivery from organization design, talent management, and performance enablement to employee engagement and change management. The Regional HRBP will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, balancing employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. He / She is also expected to contribute to policy formulation as thought partners, enabling P&C policies and practices that will lead to higher employee engagement and desired business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, commercially minded HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments, with the ability to balance long‑term strategic impact with agile, hands‑on execution across the region.
