Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia languages
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable
- Experience in sales and service roles preferred
- Possesses a strong service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to diverse environments
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
Working Hours : Weekdays (Monday - Friday, 9 : 30am - 6.30pm)
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information via phone and various social media platforms utilized by the company.Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.Analyze weekly and monthly customer reviews, compile comprehensive reports, and present summarized insights to relevant departments to facilitate continuous improvement.Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, adept at maintaining brand integrity even under pressure, with a knack for effective and engaging communication.Thrive in a high-pressure environment and able to perform effectively under demanding conditions.Benefits
