Business Product Management Specialist (Monee - Credit & Investment) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Credit and Investment product features, from conceptualisation, design, and roadmap planning to enhancement, rollout, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Drive product roadmap planning and execution, fostering continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency in product management processes aligned to business strategy.
• Collaborate with business and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to analyse and evaluate feature requests, ensure alignment and feasibility for accurate and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : develop test cases based on business requirements, plan test schedules and resources, coordinate execution, track progress, escalate risks, and ensure clear documentation and timely resolution of defects.
• Work with regional and local cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery from development through deployment.
• Prepare training materials and conduct briefings for impacted business units.
• Respond to system queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in collaboration with development and product teams.
