Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT support. Knowledge in Windows OS, Networking, NAS & Firewall is an advantage. Familiar with Microsoft 365 and cloud services will be a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Possess own transport and willing to travel to customer sites (within Penang / Kulim area). Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, networking, NAS, Firewall, CCTV, door access systems, and related IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (onsite & remote).
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, servers, firewalls, and IT peripherals.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
- Assist in project implementation, including system setup and testing.
