Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Responsibilities
Develop and manage new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clientsHandle and take full responsibility for customer enquiries received via phone, fax, email, or through conversations involving sales staff, where appropriateConduct drawing gate checks to ensure all customer order parts fully comply with specified dimensions and technical requirementsManage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a thorough investigation and a satisfactory response / closure is provided in a timely mannerCoordinate with internal production teams and external vendors to address and resolve technical issues efficientlyProvide guidance and support to the internal business support team in developing competitive and profitable pricing strategies for customersPrepare and maintain updated summaries of orders, sales activities , and quotation reports for internal reference and reportingTravel to meet domestic and / or overseas customers as required to support business development and strengthen client relationshipsBenefits
