Job descriptionDevelop and manage new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Handle and take full responsibility for customer enquiries received via phone, fax, email, or through conversations involving sales staff, where appropriate Conduct drawing gate checks to ensure all customer order parts fully comply with specified dimensions and technical requirements Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a thorough investigation and a satisfactory response / closure is provided in a timely manner Coordinate with internal production teams and external vendors to address and resolve technical issues efficiently Provide guidance and support to the internal business support team in developing competitive and profitable pricing strategies for customers Prepare and maintain updated summaries of orders, sales activities , and quotation reports for internal reference and reporting Travel to meet domestic and / or overseas customers as required to support business development and strengthen client relationships Competitive salary Comprehensive medical insurance coverage Opportunities for career advancement and personal development Supportive and collaborative work environment Social event activities (CSR) Allowance Provided Training Provided Commission Payment Company Trip
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Skilled in identifying customer needs and providing tailored, value-driven solutions
