Responsibilities
- Perform production orders according to schedule and work instructions.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with the team to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain 6S standards.
- Maintain tooling in the production line.
- Create TPM checklists and SOPs for machines and tools.
- Report breakdowns and take preventative actions.
- Follow all safety policies and guidelines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
