The Opportunity

We are seeking a confident, curious, and self‑motivated lawyer to join our growing Legal team in Bangkok. You will play a crucial role in providing legal review and guidance on new and existing product offerings and platform features, supporting both Agoda and its adjacent business unit, RTA.

Eligibility : We welcome applications from both local and international candidates for this role. Remote work is not available.

What you’ll get to do

• Product and Feature Review : Conduct legal assessments of new and existing product offerings and features, delivering concise, actionable and business‑friendly advice to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Policy Development and Maintenance : Update and maintain the company’s Terms of Use, policies, and other legal documents to align with evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration : Support product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand product visions and offer legal insights from ideation through deployment in close collaboration with other subject matter experts.
• Regulatory Compliance : Proactively monitor and analyze changes in e‑commerce and technology laws and regulations, advise on product strategy and lead regulatory change management projects.
• Legal Support : Offer general legal support related to product development, including drafting and negotiating agreements with partners and vendors, as well as product‑related terms and conditions.
