Job description

Handle regular purchasing material duties and administrative works such as issue PO, stock in and transfer out in system.

Handle garment orders from sampling to shipment to ensure delivery within agreed cost, quality and timelines.

Monitoring inventory in and out, order supplies and scheduling deliveries to ensure company has sufficient amount of necessary materials

Tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery and updating order records such as delivery schedule dates, purchase order and invoices.

Liaise closely with suppliers and forwarding agents in relation to shipment arrangement and documentations.

Provide support to overall issues pertaining to logistics and supply chain.

To create, prepare and translate cost analysis.

Make cost-efficient purchases and ensure fully stocked inventory consistently.

Update internal databases with order details such as dates, vendors, quantities.

Liaise with OEM factory to ensure all raw material arrive in good condition.

Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business, supply Chain, logistics, procurement, or related field
Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word)
Preferably 1 years working experience in related field
Good knowledge of procurement process : sourcing, negotiation, Po issuance.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage cost-saving initiatives and supplier relationship.
Detail-oriental and strong in follow up & documentation.
Team player but able to work independently

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
