Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic telesales professional to contribute in generating sales for our company. The candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales must be an excellent communicator with superior people skills, comfortable presenting services over the phone or online meetings, and dealing with complaints and doubts.

  • Contact existing customers to upsell or renew service contracts
  • Answer questions about the company’s service offering
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders accurately
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (plus)
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasive and confident sales approach
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Cool‑tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Positive attitude and resilience in a sales environment
  • Preferred : 1–2 years of technical sales experience dealing with manufacturing industry customers; fresh graduates welcome
