We are partnering with a leading global technology organization to hire an experienced Technical Lead who will play a key role in guiding and supporting infrastructure operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys overseeing technical environments, collaborating with service delivery teams, and ensuring that IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support technical teams involved in infrastructure delivery, including IT operations, engineering, and related functions.
• Ensure that systems, platforms, and technology environments align with service delivery needs.
• Supervise the planning, deployment, and upkeep of infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate closely with service delivery teams (SDM, SDL, SM) to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement to strengthen service performance.
• Manage technical resources, financial allocations, and vendor partnerships.
• Uphold compliance with internal standards, cybersecurity guidelines, and regulatory obligations.
• Offer expert guidance and support to teams involved in service operations.
• Oversee incident and problem management, facilitate root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
• Demonstrate strong competence in Wintel, Linux, Networking, and Infrastructure Integrations.
