Your new role

The Risk & Control VP role in Retail Operations involves overseeing operational risk andpliance within a financial services division. Key responsibilities include conducting control tests, managing remediation plans, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and preparing risk reports.

The role demands strong knowledge of banking regulations, risk management practices, and audit processes. What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success in this role, you will possess :

• Bachelor's Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, accounting, actuarial science, finance or a related discipline
• Proven experience in operational risk management, controls, and audit interfacing.
• Understanding ofplex risk issues, strong analytical skills, decision-making power, resilience, and a sense of responsibility
• A great leader with at least 2 years of leadership skills
