About the Role
As a System Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance and remote support for Daifuku customer sites and other clients as directed by management. This role requires participation in a 24 / 7 roster to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of our PLC systems and IT support.
Ensure optimal system performance by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues. Conduct system health checks and generate reports. Liaise with customers, providing exceptional service and quality support.

The incumbent will be primarily office-based, with the option to work from home outside of office hours.
