We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Network Planning Advisor to handle the replenishment of finished goods across the supply network in our local markets. This role ensures the right finished goods' stock is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and supply chain efficiency.
What You Will Deliver
- Supply Network Replenishment Planning
Develop and implement finished good supply replenishment plans to balance supply and demand across regional warehouses and stocking points within our regions, ensuring appropriate dependent demand is placed on our manufacturing and source sites using our planning tool.
Carry out medium to long-term supply network projections to identify constraints and possible mitigations, feeding recommendations into the Regional Supply Review of S&OP.Support short-term Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and deployment planners in resolving any short-term constraints.Lead the regional process for finished goods stock allocation based on forecasted demand, service level targets, and inventory policies.Production PlanningDevelop and handle mid-to-long-term production plans across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
Identify medium to long-term constraints through Robust Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to feed the monthly Supply Review conducted by the S&OP Manager.Maintain accurate production planning data and update in line with global governance requirements, collaborating with Plant Manufacturing, Procurement, and other teams.Raw Material PlanningDevelop and handle mid-to-long-term raw material plans to meet total business needs across all regional manufacturing sites and relevant third parties, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
Support New Product Introductions or tender opportunities by scenario-planning and ensuring raw material readiness and availability.Own and assess raw material and supplier constraints, feeding into the monthly Supply Review.Work with Supply Delivery Leads and MRP planners to mitigate short-term disruptions.Ensure raw material planning data reflects reality and is updated per global governance requirements.Inventory & Stock ManagementEnsure inventory availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
Identify and mitigate risks such as stockouts, overstocking, and supply constraints.Collaborate with Deployment and Production Planners, Procurement, and Supply Planning Delivery teams.Collaboration & Customer ManagementWork closely with the Supply Planning Delivery lead, MRP planners, Procurement and plant teams to align production and replenishment strategies.
Support S&OE and S&OP processes by providing insights and recommendations to resolve supply constraints.Systems & ReportingApply end-to-end planning tool to implement Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Raw Material net requirements.
Track and analyze key performance indicators including plan adherence, capacity utilization, availability, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and supplier performance.Drive process improvements to enhance planning accuracy, supply chain responsiveness, and production agility.What You Will Need To Be Successful
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.Experience : 3–5 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG or manufacturing industries.Proven experience in supply planning using advanced digital planning tools.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis desirable) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana).Business proficiency in English and Mandarin.Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across global supply chain functions.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Benefits
