Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver onboarding, refresher, and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain training materials and manuals.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Track training attendance, completion, and assessment results.
  • Collaborate with Training, Operations, and QA teams to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree or above.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) and Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Minimum 1 year training experience in a BPO / contact centre; e-commerce / marketplace exposure preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and content development skills.
  • Organized, adaptable, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
  • Must work on-site in Johor.
