We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Business Development Executive to support our durian plantation operations in Karak and Raub. This role focuses on securing high-quality durian supply through strong relationships with orchard owners, effective sourcing strategies, and hands‑on market engagement. The successful candidate will travel frequently within the plantation regions and report monthly at the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with orchard and plantation owners.
Develop sourcing strategies to ensure consistent supply that meets company demand.
Conduct orchard visits to assess fruit quality, negotiate pricing, and secure agreements.
Travel frequently within Karak and Raub for sourcing and relationship management.
Prepare and present monthly sourcing and business reports in Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar South office).
Support business growth initiatives related to the durian supply chain and sales development.
Assist in special projects and other business development tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, plantation, agriculture, or related industries.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Willing and able to travel frequently between plantation sites and KL office.
Possess own transport (petrol subsidy provided).
Education in Agriculture, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
Multilingual skills (Malay, Mandarin, English) are an added advantage.
