Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work closely with our team to support recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration.

What You'll Do :

✅ Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

✅ Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and payroll-related reports

✅ Assist with data entry, file management, and general administrative tasks

✅ Handle basic inquiries on company policies and procedures

✅ Provide support in employee relations matters and observe disciplinary processes

✅ Assist in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and client queries

✅ Contribute to HR and payroll reporting through data compilation and analysis

✅ Participate in and support employee engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For :

✅Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Accounting, Business Admin, or a related field

✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment
