Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities
1. Office Administration:
- Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and equipment to ensure a productive work
envirronment.
2. Inventory syetm and Logistic related matters:
- Maintain accuracy data in inventory system. Handle logistic and warehouses related matters.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.
3. Recruitment Support and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, providing necessary training and orientation.
4. Records Management:
- Maintain and update records, ensuring updated abd compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
5. Training Coordination:
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employee development.
6. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company rules & regulation, related laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with any changes that may affect the organization.
7. Employee Relations and Event Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement. Help plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
