Job description

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or HR support is preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Must have own transport and be open to occasional travel for on-site administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for payroll processing, data entry, reporting, and document preparation.

Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage full-cycle HR operations, including payroll administration, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in collaboration with the payroll team.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor regulations and company policy.
  • Support HR compliance processes, including reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Process Improvement & System Enhancements

  • Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to existing HR processes, systems, and policies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate on HRIS upgrades and process automation initiatives.
  • Assist in developing internal controls and streamlined workflows for HR operations.
  • Administrative & Strategic Support

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support HR decision-making.
  • Assist in drafting HR communications, documents, and employee correspondences.
  • Participate in change initiatives, including policy rollouts and organizational updates.
