Job Description

This includes but is not limited to :

• Enforcing the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices in the plantation
• Ensuring effective and efficient oil palm upkeep and cultivation, including fertilization, weeding, pruning, and harvesting, in accordance with Company SOP and quality standards
• Ensuring the availability and maintenance of resources related to plantation operations
• Ensuring the security and safety of staff working in the plantation
• Planning the plantation's annual work program and ensuring compliance with the plan
• Conducting yearly budgeting, forecasting, and workforce allocation
• Implementing RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) standards at the plantation
• Attending to audit issues and implementing improvement actions on non-conformance reports
