Job description

Overview

Plan and coordinate CEO daily schedule & activities including scheduling meetings, and etc.

Provide full range of organizational & corporate support to CEO

Assist in planning & coordination sales & marketing plan

To work independently with minimum supervision

Job Requirements

  • At least a Master / Bachelor’s degree in business studies / management
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experienceas business development manager, marketing manager or executive secretary to Managing Director or CEO
  • Willing to travel local & oversea for corporate assignment
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license
