Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in stamping production management or as a team leader. Proficient in mold setup and adjustment (experience with rotor or circular shell molds preferred). Able to read and interpret production drawings. Minimum SPM education level. Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Highly responsible, proactive, and capable of conducting team safety training.

Job Description :
- Supervise daily stamping production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate the team to achieve production targets.
- Perform mold installation, debugging, and adjustment.
- Monitor production processes and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth production flow.
