Client Strategy Associate

  • Location :

    • Hybrid (2 to 3 days WFO) – Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley

  • Salary Range :

    • RM 4,000 – RM 7,000 / month

    What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive

    • end-to-end execution of large-scale B2B health programmes

    in line with client milestones.

  • Cultivate

    • trusted relationships with corporate clients

    , serving as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

  • Collaborate with

    • cross-functional teams

    (Product & Engineering, Ops, Business Development) to deliver seamless, impactful solutions

  • Proactively identify blockers

    • , take initiative to resolve challenges, and move projects forward with urgency and ownership

  • Track, analyse and report programme performance and health outcomes to both internal and client stakeholders
  • Co-create strategies to improve user engagement, participation and overall programme success

    • What We're Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience in

    • project management

    consulting

    management trainee

    or

    client / account management

    roles

  • Proven ability to

    • manage stakeholders

    , communicate effectively, and

    nurture strong professional relationships

  • Highly

    • organized

    , comfortable working with ambiguity and deadlines

  • A strong

    • bias to action

    , with a passion for driving meaningful change and results
