Responsibilities
- Analyse and identify customer’s needs and match against Cloud Operating system.
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
- Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.
- Effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to customers.
- Out reaching accounts using emails and other channels.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly / monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
- Daily sales pipeline and activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry by staying educated on new regulations, product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
- Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.
- Adhere to sales process, pipeline management, ethics and compliance.
- Team-player, flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of tele sales experience relevant experience, preferably with inbound calling experience for lead generation. Engagement with enterprise accounts is a must.Excellent proficiency in Thai and English.Excellent communication skills both oral and written; skilled in selling via phone.Experience selling technical and integrated IT premium-priced solutions; proven prospecting ability and independent development of new prospects in highly competitive environments.Experience selling technology-based products / SAAS and software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches; familiarity with large-ticket long sales cycle technology items; competitive and assertive personality with ability to operate independently in high-pressure sales environments.Proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods.Strong inner drive and self-discipline; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Detail-oriented with focus on quality and accuracy; ability to multitask and maintain a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.Seniority level
