Job description

Key Accountability

  • Liaise with relevant HR Business Partner and Business Unit in the process of sourcing, recruiting and shortlisting the right talents.
  • Review and manage the development of job description and advertisements for required vacancies.
  • Execute mass and individual sourcing and recruitment activities based on strategy set by HR Strategic Recruitment Upload new vacancy into the Recruitment Portal.
  • Coordinate recruitment with hiring managers, scheduling of interview, process applications, provide support during interview.
  • Review creation of application shortlist and oversee process of preparing salary proposal for external as well as checking references to confirm suitability of applicants.
  • Manage the internal and external recruitment portal
  • Oversee development and consistent review of candidate database
  • Generate recruitment monthly report
  • Monitor SLA compliance, ensure policies and procedures are adhered and reporting discrepancies to the Recruitment Manager as necessary.
  • Study and improve current processes & policies (including T&C) and explore, initiate and implement new initiatives towards process efficiency and betterment
  • Provide guidance and training to team members in order to ensure compliance to the policies and procedures

Qualification

  • Degree - Human Resources or any related field
  • Working Experience

  • 3-4 yrs - Experience in Human Resources
  • Skills & Knowledge

  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication (oral & written), and presentation skills
  • Ability to form valuable opinions and Good Judgment
